Bracelets Gallery
Pictures of bracelets I have made in the pass:
These bracelets are the product of a failed attempt to start a jewelry business. My friend and I came up with the idea to make and sell jewelry on the side to make extra cash but we never sold anything, sadly. So I ended up with a bunch of bracelets. Maybe I should jump start my business this year, you might see me on Etsy :). I will add tips and directions on how make/design bracelets and other jewelry in the future.

Ferrero Rocher Storage Box DIY
So for Valentine's Day I got a box of Ferrero Rocher Chocolates. It comes in a nice clear box so I decided to make a storage box out of it once all the goodies were gone. Here is how to do it :
***Note: You can use box just how it is once you remove the logo. You don't have to do the alterations. ***
Materials:
- empty box of Ferrero Rocher.
- nail polish remover
- xacto knife
- 1 or 2 hinges (optional)
- hot glue gun/crazy glue or metal glue (optional)
Step 1: Remove the logo. I don't have a picture on how to remove the logo. All you have to do is pour a little bit of nail polish on the logo let it sit for a bit then it should easily wipe off.
Step 2: Using your Xacto knife or any blade to cut about half an inch or less from two corners of the box on both sides. (be careful when doing this.)
Step 3: Glue hinges on the box. (You can use whatever glue you have; I named some options in the material list. For me crazy glue worked much better than hot glue. I used the hot glue on one side and it fall off.) First glue one side of the hinges on the upper part of the box. Once that is set, glue the other side of hinges on the bottom part of the box. Let the glue dry and it should come out looking like this:
***Note: You can also use just one hinge. Just place it the middle of the box. I think this might work better. ***
Now you have a beautiful storage box that you can use for your makeup or jewelry.

This is a picture of things I have done in the past:
I love making Dream Catchers. They are easier to make than people think. I will admit they are a bit time consuming but putting in the time and effort is totally worth it because you end up with beautiful product. I have given away all the ones I have made to my family and friends; they love them. According to Native American folklore dreams catchers capture bad dreams in their web. My friend claims she has not had a bad dreams since I gave her one but my boyfriend said they don't work. I don't know if Dream Catcher actually work, I guess you would have to make one for yourself to test it out. Even if they don't work it a great gift idea and a great decorative piece for your bedroom. I will add a DIY on how to make dream catchers soon.

Glamorize Old Bracelets
http://tinkeringandart.blogspot.com/ - I love this idea by Michelle Sexton. So one day I decided to try it. It is very easy to make and a great way to recycle old bracelets.
I used an old clear bracelet and followed the steps in Michelle's blog. (Note: You can use any colorful string you like or have, in any color combination. Used crazy glue to ensure the knot at end doesn't come undone.)
This is the final product:
Looking good right!? :)

Intro
This is my first blog ever! :) Tinkering, DIY's and Art have become a hobby for me these passed months. I have been following a lot of people online doing this, they make look easy. So I decided why not?? I will be sharing my ideas for DIY's and art projects. My project will be fun and easy. Some projects may be other ideas I have seen online but with my own twist, I give credit where its due and will be sharing links to some of my favorite projects I found online. Right now I have nothing to post because I have a pending project. I will post it as soon as I finish it. I will share some pictures of things I have done so for and I post instructions on how to make it later.
